Ca Warn Notice 2024 Date. This notice, which is issued in compliance with the worker adjustment and retraining notification (warn) act, is to inform you that you are likely to be laid off due to the loss. California's worker adjustment and retraining notification (warn) act expands on the requirements of the federal warn act and requires 60 days advance.

It does not extend to contracted. The warn act dictates that employers must provide workers with at least 60 days’ notice of mass layoffs, relocations or closure.
